Please do not attend the class if you have:

• Tested positive for Covid
• Any symptoms of Covid, including a temperature, consistent cough and loss of smell.
• Been in contact recently with someone who has Covid symptoms or has tested positive for the virus.

Anyone who arrives at a class whilst displaying any covid -like symptoms, will be asked to return home immediately for the protection of the group under current Covid regulations and in line with the venue's Health and Safety policy.

We are sorry to say that the 24th November will be our last Falkirk class due to an upcoming relocation.

As numbers are limited, all classes must be booked and payed for in advance.

After you have booked,  text 07799 460630 with the date of the class and the name on the payment.

You will then receive a confirmation text. Please show this to Rob upon your arrival.

Class attendees  need to:

• Bring thier own mat.
• Wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing.
• Wear a face-mask except whilst on the mat.
• Use the provided Antibacterial hand gel before and after class.

All are welcome, but due to limited numbers, and the current Covid situation, Booking and Payment in advance is required to attend a class.

Prices

• Price Per Class is £6 , or £3 concessions.
• A "6 for 5' discount is applied when you block-book 6 classes in advance.

Class Dates

Classes are every Wednesday, 10 - 11am.

(November classes are on the 3rd, 10th, 17 and 24th.)

Our last session will be on the 24th November. We will be relocating after this.

PLEASE BOOK IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE A SPACE.

• You will need to wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing, and bring your own exercise or yoga mat.
• Covid regulations will be followed and mats will be spaced appropriately. Masks must be worn until you are on your mat, ready to start the class.
• Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure we can all set up and start the lesson on time.

Please be aware there is no parking available at the actual Yoga Class venue.

The venue is in central Falkirk however and so there are plenty of public transport options.

Unfortunately the only access to the upper hall where classes are held, is via the stairs, so please bear this in mind before making a booking.
